If you wish to return an unopened item, please contact us first.
Refunds may be delayed if you do not contact us in advance, due to warehouse logistics. If you ship a returned item to a wrong address, it is not our responsibility to refund or reship.
Before we issue you a refund, it will inspected by our team. It is very important that you contact us before you ship.
We are NOT responsible for undelivered shipments, shipments seized by customs, or lost stolen or misrouted shipments.
If you do not accept delivery or it is otherwise returned to us as undelivered, then you may opt to receive a full refund less shipment costs and a 3% processing fee (to cover labor and other logistical costs). Or we can reship after the payment of another shipping fee.
Open consumables or items with a broken seal cannot be returned. If you believe that there is a problem with the product or some sort of defect, please contact customer service directly.
Regardless you must contact us within 45 days of initial purchase or we cannot issue a refund.
If you placed an accidental duplicate order, the same policies above apply.
Given the choice, rather than refuse the package, please accept it and contact us immediately so we may process the return appropriately.
If you refuse the item, you will be charged a return fee as well. Regardless, please contact us immediately so we can be on the look out for it.
Also please be aware that it is not uncommon for refused items to get lost in the abyss of the shipping world and never make it back to the warehouse. If this happens, we will not be able to refund your order.
Perishable items must be SEALED and UNOPENED and 100% in their original condition or else we will not be refunding your order. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.
